Every Silver & Gold headshot session helps support up-and-coming Scottish theatre.

The idea

Gold Visuals exists because of the Scottish performing arts community.

Most of the actors who step into my studio are training, auditioning, rehearsing, and putting in serious work to build careers. Scotland is full of talent and I want Gold Visuals to be more than just a place you come for a headshot. I want it to be part of the community that helps that talent grow.

So I’m starting something simple, consistent, and properly meaningful:

£5 from every Silver and Gold headshot session goes into a support fund for emerging Scottish production companies.

How it works

• Every time someone books a Silver or Gold headshot session, £5 goes into the pot

• At the end of every three months (quarterly), the full total is donated to an up-and-coming Scottish theatre / production company

• The production company will be voted for by followers on our instagram page via poll every three months.

• The goal is to support the companies creating opportunities for emerging Scottish performers and creatives.

Where the money goes

This fund is for Scottish-based companies that are building new work and creating opportunities.

That could include support towards things like:

• rehearsal space

• marketing and poster design/printing

• costume/props

• venue costs

• show filming / promo content

• anything that helps get the production made and seen

(Each supported company can decide what would make the biggest difference for them.)
